The race traditionally runs in September or October at Fuji Speedway in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, and is the championship's autumn Asian fixture. The all-time winners' list is dominated by Toyota with 8 victories at its home circuit, including the marque's first WEC overall win in 2012.
